1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scenic Solitaire:happy journey (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Game's developers and operators ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to verify your age and location, and to restrict access to the Game if we reasonably believe you do not meet these requirements.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems

5. Intellectual Property
The Game and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and code, are the property of the Game's developers and operators or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Game without our prior written consent.
6. Privacy
We collect and process certain information about you when you use the Game. Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Game, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
At present, we do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, including AppsFlyer, Firebase, or AppLovin. If this changes in the future, we will update the Privacy Policy before such changes take effect.
The Game may send local notifications to inform you of in-game events, rewards, and updates. We will request your permission before sending notifications, and you can manage or revoke notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the Game from your devices.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your local jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
